KEY

HOT HATHA

Ninety-minutes of postures and breathing exercises designed to work every muscle, organ, and joint in the body. The practice builds strength, flexibility and balance and increases productivity in the cardiovascular and circulatory systems. In addition to building strength through elongation and extension of muscles, it detoxifies and tones the internal organs through compressions focused on the body’s key organs for elimination of waste and toxins. The temperature of our Hot Hatha class is set at approximately 105 degrees. Available to all levels of students.

POWER VINYASA

Seventy-five to 90 minutes of flowing yoga sequences combining strength, flexibility, stamina, cardio, and concentration. The practice heals and detoxifies the body – soothing and invigorating the nervous system, balancing hormones, building cardiovascular strength and stamina, and improving the digestive and elimination systems. The temperature of our Hot Vinyasa class is set at approximately 85-95 degrees. Available to all levels of students.

INTRO TO YOGA

Four week introductory series specifically designed for beginning yoga students and those who need a slower paced class with more verbal instruction. During this course, you will learn the basics of Vinyasa Yoga, including Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breath-work) to increase strength, flexibility, body awareness and stress release.  New series begins the 2nd Sunday of every month. Pre-registration is recommended to reserve your space. More details
