The next Intro Series meets on the following dates: 9/12, 9/19, 9/26, 10/3

Our 4-week Intro to Yoga is specifically designed for beginning yoga students and those who need a slower paced class with more verbal instruction. During this course, you will learn the basics of Vinyasa Yoga, including Asana (poses) and Pranayama (breath-work) to increase strength, flexibility, body awareness and stress release.  The Intro series is a non-competitive, fun class led by Drew Sowa, who will guide you through the foundations of yoga in a heated studio. Pre-registration is recommended to reserve your space. Using a half yoga mala, (54 sun salutations), we will explore our emotions and find peace within our hearts. We will explore challanging asana as a way to heal old wounds and find forgiveness. Required: basic knowledge of surya namaskar and being open to allowing emotions to surface. Open your heart, be transformed.

Cost: $750 includes:

Two yoga classes per day (one power vinyasa, one restorative), three group dinners during the week, and assistance with accommodations and recreation (airfare, transportation, and accommodations are excluded).

Deposit: $100 (non-refundable) to secure a spot! by 9/30/2010. Half ($375) needs to be paid by 10/29/2010. Full cost ($750) needs to be paid by 11/29/2010. If you cancel more than 30 days before the trip, half of your cost is refundable. If you cancel 30 days or less before the trip, the cost is non-refundable.
