Begin your yoga journey in our 3-week Vinyasa Fundamentals Series, a fun and comprehensive introduction to vinyasa flow. These classes build on each other, creating a strong foundation from which you can spring into other yoga classes of any style.

SERIES INCLUDES:

March 8th Week 1: Get DOWN dog—Demystify the “vinyasa” by breaking down three fundamental postures in vinyasa flow: down dog, low plank, and up-dog. Prepare to be amazed as your refined skills in these postures support your body to strengthen and lengthen.

March 15th Week 2: Building a Kick-Asana Warrior—Discover alignment and meaning in fundamental vinyasa postures Warrior 1, Warrior 2, Humble Warrior and Reverse Warrior. Learn how to protect your knees, hips and ankles as you flow.

March 22nd Week 3: Feel your STRENGTH—Explore an often overlooked yoga posture that holds the key to total body strength: four-limbed staff. Discover how this gateway posture will help your practice soar as it prepares you for arm balancing and inversions.

Series Investment: $60 or $25/class

PLEASE NOTE: This 3 week series is meant to be attended for all of the dates listed. There are no substitutions or make-up dates. However, you may drop-in any week.
